Return Policy

We want you to love your candles! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for returns; sale or discounted items are final sale.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at sensebycin@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at sensebycin@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
